Our SolChek™ report provides you with a comprehensive solar assessment unmatched by other companies. This is an independent third party evaluation. The purpose of this report is to provide with the most unbiased and accurate information. Our work is helping to inform and educate customers about the benefits and costs to install solar.

Where does SolChek get it's information from?
Toucan has invested in the latest solar analysis tools, an investment we think will be worth it to you, to assess your home or business and determine how beneficial a solar power system will be over time to you, your family, and your home. Your SolChek™ report will depend on this technology to assess total potential solar energy given the shading of a particular site along with other factors such as location, roof construction, and so on.

Why request a SolChek?
Identifying the shading pattern and other variables early in the process reduces the expense of a system and home design and improves the efficiency of the final system or house.

Where do I go to get a SolChek?
Some companies attempt to send you a report over the Internet, never visiting the site to gather crucial information. Or they do visit the site and they are unqualified to assess other building improvements or upgrades needed to accommodate a new solar PV system. Toucan will visit your house or business and do a complete walkthrough to complete your SolChek™. The initial site evaluation typically takes about an hour during which the customer is encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and view the preliminary figures available immediately following the assessment.
